Klax! processes customer data only as required to provide and operate the platform and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
1. Data Protection Framework
SELISE Group AG acts as a data processor when processing personal data on behalf of Klax! customers. Our data processing framework is designed to support compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Customer Control
Customers remain in control of the data they provide to Klax!. Personal data is processed based on customer instructions and the configuration and use of the platform.
3. Security & Confidentiality
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are maintained to protect customer data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access to customer data is limited to authorised personnel and service providers where required to operate and support the platform.
4. Service Providers
Klax! may use carefully selected service providers to support hosting, infrastructure and platform operations. Applicable data protection obligations are maintained when third parties process customer data on our behalf.
5. Data Location & Transfers
Customer data is generally processed within Switzerland, the EU or the EEA. Where international processing or transfers are required, they are handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
6. Data Retention
Customer personal data is retained only as necessary for providing the service or meeting applicable legal requirements. Upon termination, customer data may be returned or deleted in accordance with the applicable agreement.
7. Data Processing Agreement
Our Data Processing Agreement defines the respective responsibilities of Klax! customers and SELISE Group AG regarding the processing and protection of personal data.
