These Terms govern access to and use of Klax!. By accessing or using Klax!, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
1. Use of Klax!
Klax! is intended for business and professional use. Users must use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
2. Accounts & Access
Customers are responsible for managing their users, account information, access permissions, and credentials. Access to Klax! must only be provided to authorised users.
3. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of the content they provide through Klax!. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content through the platform.
Klax! processes customer content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the service.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or using them, particularly for important business or regulated decisions.
Customer content is not used by SELISE Group AG to train or fine-tune AI models.
5. Acceptable Use
Klax! must not be used for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activities, or in ways that infringe third-party rights, compromise security or violate applicable AI and data protection requirements.
Certain regulated, high-risk or safety-critical uses may be restricted.
6. Third-Party Services
Klax! may enable access to third-party services, integrations or AI providers. Use of such services may also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and policies.
7. Platform Availability & Changes
We may update, improve or modify Klax! and its features over time. Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
8. Confidentiality & Security
Both customers and SELISE Group AG are expected to protect confidential information shared in connection with the use of Klax!. Appropriate measures are maintained to protect the platform and customer information.
9. Suspension & Termination
Access to Klax! may be restricted or terminated where required by the applicable agreement, law, security requirements or misuse of the platform.
10. Applicable Terms
Additional contractual terms may apply depending on the customer’s subscription or agreement with SELISE Group AG.
